The Ontario Ministry of Education in Canada lists American Islamic School as a Canadian private school in the province of Ontario. We are also a member of Ontario Federation of Independent Schools (OFIS). For our American Diploma Program, we have been pre-approved by NEASC (New England Association of Schools & Colleges) to commence the full accreditation process. Once students register with American Islamic School, they receive an Ontario Education Number (OEN) from the Ontario Ministry of Education and get the same rights and privileges of a student attending any school in Ontario, Canada. Our mission can not be complete without nurturing Islamic values and essential knowledge within our students through our Islamic infused curriculum and Tarbiya program. Our main curriculum is infused with Islamic knowledge and values with the aim to raise a generation of Muslims who understand the world through the context of Quran and sunnah. Our Tarbiya coaching program helps parents gain the Islamic parenting skills and techniques.
